A respected industry leader, Debbie played a key role in shaping Washington State’s laser laws, working with state representatives and joining Governor Jay Inslee for the signing of the Health and Safety Bill that strengthened standards statewide. She taught hands-on laser training at Paroba Beauty College for five years and now teaches independently. Committed to ongoing professional growth, she has completed over 200 hours of continuing education through seminars and hands-on training programs across the country.

As Clinic Director, Missy oversees daily operations while continuing to provide advanced esthetic treatments. Her leadership inspires professionalism, client-focused care, and a culture of teamwork. A dedicated mentor, she is known for upholding the highest safety standards and for a warmth that has earned her the trust and appreciation of the team.

Missy was born and raised in the Midwest and moved to Seattle in 1982. She is married with two grown daughters and treasures time with family and friends. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys boating in Eastern Washington during the summer and skiing in the winter.

Master Esthetics License from NW School of Esthetics, certification as an Electrologist since 1989, and training as a Certified Laser Specialist at Rocky Mountain Laser College in 2000. She also holds advanced training on the Candela GMax Pro, Lumenis M-22 IPL, Lumenis Splendor X, Cynosure Elite, Skin Pen Micro Needle Pen, and Electro-Coagulation for facial telangiectasias.

After earning her Master Esthetician license at Paroba Beauty College, Kynlee trained under Debbie at Caddell’s Laser & Electrolysis Clinic. She continues to expand her knowledge and is passionate about staying current with the latest technologies and safe, effective techniques in advanced skincare.

Born and raised in South Ogden, Utah, Kynlee moved to Bothell at 16 with her parents and four siblings. She and her partner enjoy family time, discovering new foods, staying active, and attending rock concerts.

When she is not at the clinic, she travels to Arizona to visit her sisters. Her two daughters, Shawn and Nise, and her grandchildren,  Amani and Eli, live locally, and they all spend a lot of time together. That treasured family time is very important to Marsha.

Kathryn brings years of experience and education, having studied business management at the university level and esthetics at the Aveda Institute. She has worked as a lead esthetician overseas, trained estheticians for professional skincare lines, and has been an integral part of the Caddell’s team for many years.

Kristen is an AANP Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and IFM Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner with over two decades of clinical experience in functional medicine, family practice, urgent care, women’s health, hormone therapy, medical aesthetics, and metabolic health. She really enjoys getting to be part of the team and serve the wonderful clients who come to Caddell’s for laser and electrolysis needs.

In addition to his private practice, Dr. Dunn serves as the Medical Director for Caddell’s Laser & Electrolysis Clinic, where he provides medical clearance for patients undergoing laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and skin procedures. His role focuses on ensuring patient safety and optimizing the clinical effectiveness of every treatment.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Dunn enjoys playing pickleball, traveling throughout Mexico, and spending time with his wife and their dog.

I have three kids, two girls and a boy. They keep me busy with year round softball, baseball and wrestling . I enjoy hiking, weight training, doing puzzles and getting lost in a good book. I’m excited to be a part of Caddell’s team.
