A Personal Mission That Started It All
Debbie, founder and owner, experienced the life-changing confidence that came from permanent hair removal in her twenties. After her treatments, she felt called to help others who were carrying the same frustration with unwanted hair.
Out of that mission, she opened Caddell’s Laser & Electrolysis Clinic in Bellevue in June 1982, determined to give others the same freedom she had found.
Four Decades of Evolution
Over the past 40+ years, Caddell’s has continued to grow, innovate, and lead in the industry:
We pioneered permanent hair removal for women in the region, building a reputation for compassionate, effective care.
As technology evolved, so did we—becoming one of the early adopters of laser hair removal and expanding into a wide range of comprehensive laser services.
Today, our staff of Licensed Master Estheticians continue to invest in advanced technology and ongoing education to provide clients with the very best in care and results for skincare, hair removal, and tattoo removal.
